Streetline Platform

ZDEVCO’s Streetline platform has processed 720M+ parking events across 42+ managed sites, delivering real-time parking availability and analytics for municipalities, enterprises, and transportation agencies nationwide.

TPAS — Truck Parking Availability Systems

ZDEVCO operates Truck Parking Availability Systems (TPAS) that provide real-time truck parking availability via dynamic message signs (DMS) along major freight corridors. Our AI-enabled cameras monitor truck entries and exits at rest areas and calculate occupancy in real time. Availability data is distributed through digital highway signs, 511 traveler information systems, and our mobile applications.

TruckParker Mobile App

TruckParker is available on Android and iOS and provides commercial truck drivers with real-time parking availability information for sites managed by the Streetline TPAS system. Drivers can identify safe parking options up to four hours in advance, helping them plan their hours-of-service breaks and find safe rest areas along their routes.

State DOT Partnerships

ZDEVCO partners with state departments of transportation to aggregate parking availability data from both our managed sites and existing state-operated systems, providing drivers with a unified, comprehensive view of parking options across state lines. Our platform integrates with existing state DOT infrastructure including dynamic message signs and 511 systems.

Technology and pharmaceutical campus parking information systems deployed in New York, California, and Texas. Continental United States deployments serving freight corridors and enterprise campuses.

Public-Private Partnership Model

ZDEVCO pioneered the nation’s first public-private partnership (P3) model for truck parking information systems — no upfront cost to states during initial evaluation, with agencies able to adopt or end the trial without financial obligation. 99.98% system uptime across all deployments.
